As an Employee Education Advisor within the PNC's Institutional Asset Management organization, you will be based in Denver, CO. The Employee Education Advisor works with our clients to design and deliver customized employee education campaigns for their employees. Employee Education Advisors are part of a market team working with a dedicated group of defined contribution plan clients within their market / region. Ideal candidates will be proficient in delivering both retirement and financial wellness education in both a virtual and on-site settings. Travel throughout the West Region is required for this role (approximately 30% of the time).

Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design and delivery of employee education seminars or campaigns for a business segment's most complex and high profile clients/prospects and their constituents.
  • Works with client contacts to schedule, create materials, and conduct education seminars, either on site or virtually, for employees of very complex and high profile clients/prospects of a specific business segment.
  • Functions in a sales support role to explain to prospects the education services offered.
  • Contributes to supporting other virtual sales events as needed.
  • Develops/modifies education materials and schedule based on business segment and/or client needs.
  • Creates and documents annual communication plans based on business segment and/or client needs, including all support materials, media and content.
  • Provides tools to help customize annual plans including, but not limited to, participant surveys, utilization reports, and other data.
  • Responsible for keeping business segment leadership and service team informed of education services via meeting reports and attending client review meetings as necessary.
  • Works with internal/external partners to update materials as needed.
