We currently have an opportunity for a Retirement Plan Consulting Advisor to join our Retirement & Private Wealth team. Purpose: To manage and grow a book of retirement plan clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years experience in financial services encompassing employer-sponsored retirement plans
  • Excellent communication, presentation, listening and organizational skills.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment.
  • Series 65 license required.
  • Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with plan sponsors.
  • Deliver RPW services that include regular periodic meetings. Services generally include development and delivery of client reports, education and updates plus documentation of all meetings and advice.
  • Implement an investment process and provide investment advice through monitoring and selection of funds to be used in participant directed retirement plans.
  • Oversee services and interactions of third-party providers to client plans.
  • Provide general guidance pertaining to ERISA compliance and plan design issues.
  • Work with RPW team on product and service development to maintain state of the industry services.
  • Work with RPW team to onboard new clients and establish service delivery expectations.
  • Ensure internal documentation and compliance with RIA procedures.
  • Coordinate (and deliver when appropriate) participant education.
  • Participate in growing retirement plan revenue by individual efforts and working with RPW team to identify both new clients and cross-selling of existing HUB clients.
  • Inform clients of appropriate HUB services and proactively cross-sell such service to RPW clients.
