Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Qualified Retirement Plan Administration.
  • ASPPA designation (QKA, QPA) preferred, but not required.
  • A Client-First Attitude, viewing business 'Through Clients' Eyes.'
  • Flexibility and attention to detail, initiative in researching tasks, and the ability to meet multiple competing deadlines.
  • Effective and professional communication with clients and various departments, including comfortability presenting to clients and internal departments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure timely and accurate client deliverables.
  • Creative thought process with a proven record of continuous process improvement ideas impacting participant and client experience.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and know when to call on other resources.
  • Outstanding time management skills, acute attention to detail, and exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define the service delivered to both the participant and plan sponsor.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in retirement plan loan processing and maintenance.
  • Provide consultative services to SRPS plan sponsors.
  • Work directly with plan sponsors to bring loans current by creating customized actionable plans.
  • Research loan and payroll history to provide plan sponsors with resolution and accurate data.
  • Effectively communicate with plan sponsors on the day-to-day plan needs (loan specific).
  • Coordinate with internal business partners on participant and client requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate within the organization and share best practices to meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
  • Participate in new plan and merger conversion meetings, assisting with new client onboarding efforts.
