Requirements

  • Has experience in senior living sales, healthcare sales, or consultative sales
  • Is comfortable managing a sales pipeline and meeting performance goals
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with individuals and groups
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Works well independently and in a team-based environment
  • Demonstrates integrity, empathy, and professionalism at all times
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven success in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or lead tracking systems
  • Ability to learn and use Welcome Home or similar senior living sales platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Senior living, retirement community, or healthcare sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responding to and qualifying inbound and outbound sales leads
  • Conducting discovery-based sales conversations with seniors and families
  • Performing in-person and virtual sales presentations and community tours
  • Building long-term relationships that convert prospects into residents
  • Achieving or exceeding occupancy, deposit, and move-in goals
  • Maintaining accurate CRM documentation and forecasting using Welcome Home or similar lead management software
  • Participating in marketing events, open houses, and community outreach
  • Monitoring local market trends, competitors, and senior housing conditions
  • Collaborating with operations and leadership to ensure a smooth move-in experience
