As a Retirement Advisor at INTRUST Bank, you will provide expert advice in specialty areas for Retirement participants, including the Advise U and other financial planning curricula as part of NestEgg U. You will be responsible for implementing the NestEgg U employee communication plan for a designated group of clients, which includes scheduling, preparing, and conducting group meetings and Advise U meetings as required. Additionally, you will provide customized education services to larger clients and assist in designing and implementing future web and seminar initiatives. Your role will promote teamwork within the department and across the bank, while also representing INTRUST Bank in the community and focusing on developing new business relationships. Maintaining strict confidentiality and performing your duties in alignment with INTRUST's character qualities is essential. In this role, you will possess an advanced understanding of a wide range of subjects, including investments, asset allocation, financial planning, budgeting, and retirement plans. You will develop and deliver personalized Advise U Financial Plans to identified participants and consult with Advise U clients and individual participant relationships at least annually. Your ability to deliver engaging group meetings on various retirement plan topics and discuss investment principles and appropriate age-based asset allocation will be crucial. You will work closely with IFS and Wealth Advisors on rollover opportunities and build outstanding client relationships by providing a high-quality client experience in all interactions. You will also be responsible for scheduling, preparing, and executing NestEgg U services for new plans, including blackout notices, fund mapping, and transition timelines, as well as special communications for plan design changes.
