Ophthalmologist – Retina Specialist – Fort Myers, FL Retina Health Center is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Retina Specialist to work with our rapidly growing vitreoretinal specialty team and support staff. Join our expanding team of retina specialists providing care at two Retina Centers of Excellence, each equipped with state-of-the-art technology. For over 20 years, Retina Health Center has provided exceptional vitreoretinal eye care to patients located in the greater southwest Florida area. Highlights: Join a high-volume, well-established retina practice with available volume starting day 1 (40-50 patients per day with growth potential) and a favorable payor mix. A whole dedicated team of work-up technicians, scribes, and diagnostic support Fort Myers is home to coastal neighborhoods, beautiful beaches, and no state income tax. Compensation: Very competitive, guaranteed base salary plus bonus if production formula exceeds base salary After the initial guarantee, compensation is based on a production formula with a seven-figure potential.
