A highly respected physician-owned practice, established for over 35 years, is seeking a board-certified Ophthalmologist with expertise in Medical Retina, Glaucoma, or Comprehensive Ophthalmology. This practice is celebrated for its stellar reputation and strong patient demand, offering an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team. They are looking for full-time or locum tenens currently. Position Summary: The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and maintaining professionalism in interactions with staff and patients. The role is available as either full-time or locum tenens, with a competitive full-time salary range of $300,000 to $400,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.

Requirements

• Board Certified Ophthalmologist.
• Experience in Medical Retina, Glaucoma, or Comprehensive Ophthalmology.
• A passion for patient care and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medical care to patients, specializing in glaucoma, premium cataract surgery, and medical retina.
• Foster a collaborative environment with a supportive team of 5-8 doctors and 40-50 staff members, including techs, scribes, testers, and administrative personnel.
• Engage in community marketing initiatives to promote the practice's services effectively.
• Commit to patient availability by ensuring not to leave the office before 5 PM.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in ophthalmology.
