Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all. Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. Responsible for ensuring the health of the Fab processes, ensuring high-quality output, and reacting to product deviations to resolve issues at the root cause level. Monitor production and test results to proactively identify trends or shifts in processes or defectivity requiring intervention. Work collaboratively with Equipment Sustaining team to understand and monitor equipment performance on defects and critical metrics. Ensure communication and timely follow up of FEOL issues between process owners and on-shift manufacturing teams to enable yield and cycle time improvement. Analyze defective and or out of spec reticle and associated materials, tools, processed, and process flows to determine root causes. Make data driven decisions to appropriately disposition product, tools, and materials to prevent recurrence. Mentor and train others both within and outside the Sustaining team on processes, methods, and theory.
