About The Position

Ensures the successful execution of department operations, while ensuring procedures, people and resources are aligned to accomplish established goals in regards to quality, efficiency and safety. This position is for the Night Shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 - 3 years' Human Resources experience or a comparable role.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote retention, identify any challenges in high turnover positions.
• Train and encourage learning.
• Address/resolve employee concerns while partnering with operations management.
• Coordinate new hire orientation.
• Follow turnover numbers and identify area(s) of concern.
• Address the needs of the plant and implement solutions to turnover problems.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
• Follow prescribed Human Resources/Safety policies and procedures.
• Complete the timekeeping system and HCM time off requests on a timely basis.
• Complete certification training.
