About The Position

We are the US & Australia’s premiere eCommerce Growth Agency and a Premium Google and Facebook Marketing Partner, working with elite brands across North America and Australia. We're scaling our Retention arm of the business. In the last three and a half years we’ve grown our entire agency from the ground up to a global presence and team of 90+ and already starting to rack up awards. Built primarily around our world-class Social Advertising capabilities, we're now looking to further expand our customer retention services with building our email and SMS department. With a heavy focus on Fashion/Apparel, Jewelry, Health & Fitness and Beauty, we're on the lookout for that special someone with an outstanding proven track record of crushing retention campaigns, flows, open rates, and click through rates. Our core focus is to take our eCommerce clients and scale their businesses as aggressively as possible.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of eCommerce Email experience.
  • 1-2+ years of Klaviyo experience.
  • Proven track record of exceptional Email campaigns and flow results managing 100,000 lists.
  • Strong design and copywriting ability.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent Productivity and Prioritization skills.
  • Elite communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Team player with a strong focus on clients success.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SMS marketing using Klaviyo or Postscript.
  • Ability to guarantee alignment with brand voice, tone, and branding.

Responsibilities

  • Strategization, setup, optimization and email flows, campaigns, and ongoing management.
  • Daily data analysis of campaigns and flows identifying areas of opportunity to improve performance of campaigns and maximize revenue.
  • Site popup and email split-tests and optimization to ensure we are getting the best return possible out of every send.
  • Ad Copy that would leave Eugene Schwartz high-fiving you.
  • Technical setup of tracking scripts and conversion event codes.
  • Setup, management and optimization of the email/SMS experience.
  • A list cleaning master.
  • Collaborate with internal Senior eComm Strategists and support team on cross-channel campaign co-ordination and performance reporting.
  • Liaise with clients and provide detailed reports and ongoing performance improvement plans for each month and quarter.
  • Always staying up to date with the latest changes on the platform, to the benefit of both our clients and the wider Right Hook team.
