The Retention Marketing Manager supports the execution and optimization of the customer lifecycle journey for Kate Somerville across U.S. and U.K. markets. This role focuses on delivering thoughtful, data-informed CRM programs that drive repeat purchase, subscription engagement, and long-term customer value. Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, this individual will manage day-to-day lifecycle campaigns across Email, SMS, and related channels, working closely with Creative, Digital, and Customer Support teams. This is a hands-on role ideal for a retention marketer who enjoys building, launching, and optimizing campaigns while learning how lifecycle strategy evolves at scale.
