About the position

The position involves identifying and creating strategies as well as process improvements to retain current and future customers based on various retention performance reporting and organizational initiatives. The role is focused on maintaining and improving customer/client retention and satisfaction through various metrics and proactive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold strategies and processes to maintain and improve customer/client retention and satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer/client satisfaction metrics and track retention rates.
  • Proactively reach out to customers/clients to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers/clients.
  • Utilize subscription automation systems to manage patients, track patient medication reorder status, and analyze results.
  • Perform and follow patient compliance audits.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
