About The Position
Assess the needs of underrepresented students and initiate efforts to direct university resources to meet these needs. Develop, coordinate and implement programs and services designed to increase recruitment, retention and graduation of Oakland students in general and of underrepresented students in particular. Implement programs to build student leadership skills and promote academic and social success.
