In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $16.00/hr. - $23.75/hr. We recognize the growing role of AI tools, including ChatGPT, and value familiarity with them. Responsibilities

Stock shelves
Organize merchandise
Maintain inventory accuracy
Process purchases
Handle payments
Assist members
Safely move merchandise in the warehouse using forklifts
Install, balance, and repair tires while ensuring safety standards
Pick and pack online orders accurately for delivery or pickup
Cut, trim, and package meat products following food safety guidelines
Slice meats and cheeses
Prepare trays
Maintain cleanliness
Stock and rotate fresh produce
Check quality
Prepare, package, and display bakery items while maintaining sanitation
Promote BJ’s membership benefits
Assist with sign-ups
Manage incoming shipments
Verify quantities
Organize stock
Organize and restock merchandise to keep aisles clean and neat
Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to support operations
Stock and rotate dairy and frozen products, ensuring freshness
