About The Position

Under the direction of the Retail Warehouse Manager, assists operations team with day-to-day inventory and warehouse activities that include but are not limited to processing shipments, storing/organizing products, distributing/replenishing merchandise, and participation in retail operational special projects. The Retail Warehouse Supervisor will need to possess a positive attitude, solid work ethic, a strong sense of ownership, will be proactive in nature, and will uphold the highest of professional standards.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail inventory or operations experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must
• Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Daily trips to the loading dock to ensure all shipped product is delivered to the warehouse
• Leading the check in and QA process of all delivered products and goods
• Organization of product within the warehouse
• Picking and pulling of warehouse merchandise for distribution to retail selling locations
• Perform quality assurance and inventory counts as needed
• Maintains daily detailed communication with Retail Warehouse Manager to assist with the coordination and execution of warehouse projects and needs
• Maintains a clean and organized work area
• Assists with support and training of other team members when needed
• Participate in special event and concert retail set-ups and teardowns and inventory duties
• Must demonstrate a high level of accuracy with receiving and leading a small team of frontline associates through their daily tasks
• General protection of company assets via adherence to corporate retail inventory policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
