Requirements

• Minimum of one year retail warehouse experience, required
• At least two years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in a warehouse setting
• Previous experience using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications
• Ability to delegate and coach others
• Basic math skills
• No degree required

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse team, including assigning duties, training, and coaching
• Maintain the delivery log, ensure items are properly tagged, and input all items into software programs
• Oversee the restocking operation and warehouse team, and set up any kiosks needed for retail
• Report inventory on an ongoing basis
• Communicate any vendor, quality control, or shipping issues with the buyer and retail manager
