About The Position
Summary: A Retail Warehouse Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of duties, including receiving, storing, and shipping products, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe workspace. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receives and processes incoming stock. Organizes and stores inventory. Picks, packs, and prepares order for shipment. Performs accurate inventroy counts. Ability to operate pallet jacks and scissor lifts. Maintains a clean warehouse environment. Adheres to safty protocols and communicates effectively with the Retail management team. Performs other duties as assigned. Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others. Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer. The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables. The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
