Retail & Warehouse Associate
About The Position
SkyBlue Pool Supply & Service is looking for a motivated Retail & Warehouse Associate to support both customer-facing retail operations and behind-the-scenes warehouse activities within our pool supply and service business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate enjoys staying organized, helping customers, and contributing to a team-oriented environment. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in-store customers with product selection, water testing, and general pool supply guidance
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and resolve basic customer inquiries
- Processing payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented retail space
- Support the office team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Refill and restock chemicals
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory and supplies
- Clean pool filter elements
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and service vehicles
