Requirements

• Demonstrate cultural competence; specifically, awareness, attitude, knowledge, willingness and skills to work effectively with a culturally and demographically diverse population
• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus
• Ability to work in a diverse organization and on a team
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
• Physical ability to sit, talk, hear, type, stand, walk, and occasionally lift/move up to 10 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist in retail operations
• Provide administration and clerical support
• Help with special events
• Fulfill court-ordered community service requirements
• Engage in agency partnerships (must be approved through the Corporate Office)
