Requirements

• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills.
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

• Familiarity with job training and placement services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing free job training to individuals with barriers to employment.
• Support various volunteer opportunities including retail, administration, special events, and community service.
