Backcountry is looking for a Retail Visual Experience Manager who can build the plan and get on the floor to make it real. You'll own the end-to-end visual merchandising program across our store fleet — serving as the connective tissue between Creative, Marketing, and Merchandising teams and the store teams executing the brand every day. This position reports to the Sr. Visual Merchandising Manager.
