About The Position

AAA Travel Agent Opportunity - Sales or Travel Agency Experience Required! Are you passionate about travel? Do you have a knack for sales and love helping others plan their dream vacations? If so, we're looking for a full-time team member to join our dynamic team of Travel Agents at AAA. Experience is key in this role, especially related to sales and personal travel adventures. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (a graduate of an accredited travel school preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of strong sales experience required; Travel Industry and/or personal travel experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills including multitasking in several websites and programs.
• Knowledge of Geography and current world events.
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Certification from an accredited travel school (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Sell Exciting Travel Packages: Utilize your firsthand travel experiences to sell international and domestic travel packages, including cruises, land, air travel, car rentals, and hotel accommodations.
• Client Education: Share your personal travel stories and insights to educate our clients on preferred travel products and services offered by the Agency.
• Goal Achievement: Successfully meet or exceed goals through relationship development with our members and growing your client base through new business referrals.
• Cross-Selling: Leverage your travel expertise to cross-sell relevant products to enhance the travel experience, such as the AAA Travel Advantage Visa Credit Card.
• Efficient Documentation: Prepare and process relevant travel documents and invoices in an organized and efficient manner.
• Regulatory Compliance: Comply with and remain educated on current Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) regulations and AAA Club Alliance policies and procedures.
