Requirements

• Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
• Are you able to bend, reach, and stoop?
• Can you lift, carry, push, or pull 35 pounds without accommodation?
• Can you distinguish colors?
• Can you work in cold or warm temperatures, depending on weather and donation volume?
• Do you have a reliable means of transportation to report to work on time?

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, hang and organize donated goods according to policy, procedure and job standards.
• Achieve production standard of 85-100 pieces per hour.
• Appropriately tag and price items as instructed and in accordance with procedure.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers and donors when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area at all times.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness of the processing area.
