About The Position

The Retail Territory Manager for North Philadelphia will be responsible for managing retail accounts, specifically Home Depot and Lowes, within a designated territory. This remote position involves driving sales, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with store and district managers to align strategies with retail goals. The role requires effective inventory management, execution of promotional activities, and building relationships with professional end-users to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail sales experience in the consumer goods industry.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually).
  • Ability to handle, train on, and demonstrate products, including lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to analyze Power BI and SalesForce data for strategic growth plans.
  • Understanding of IT business systems and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a territory of Home Depot and Lowes accounts.
  • Drive top line sales to meet quarterly and annual POS goals.
  • Partner with store and district managers to align strategies with retail goals.
  • Analyze POS and promotional performance to develop sales plans.
  • Work with Sales Operations to ensure proper inventory for promotions.
  • Execute national event activations to drive sales and market share.
  • Implement national overdrive strategies for product sell-through.
  • Engage key decision makers to develop and implement initiatives.
  • Partner with retail service partners for accountability and corrective actions.
  • Leverage sales enablement tools to identify sales gaps and create plans to close them.
  • Drive effective inventory management and order writing with retail partners.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with professional end-users through product training and job site visits.
  • Manage budgets to drive profitability.
