Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Solid customer service or retail background
• Friendly, clear communicator
• Comfortable working on a team and adapting in a fast environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous phone/tablet repair experience is helpful - but we will train the right person

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and guide them to the right solutions
• Support retail sales by recommending helpful add‑ons
• Learn and perform device repairs (phones, tablets, etc.)
• Test, install, and replace batteries in everything from watches to vehicles
• Troubleshoot tech issues so customers leave confident and satisfied
• Keep the store organized, stocked, and running smoothly
