About The Position

As a Retail Team Member at Six Flags, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by adhering to the Six Flags Mantra of being Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe. Your role will involve greeting guests, operating registers, maintaining a clean and stocked store environment, and promoting merchandise and attractions to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be 14 years or older.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all policies pertaining to the Six Flags Mantra of providing Friendly, Clean, Fast and Safe Guest Service.
• Greet and engage guests about their favorite ride as they enter the store or approach the register.
• Operate registers and ring up merchandise including souvenirs, apparel, and food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of aisles, countertops, and displays.
• Provide suggestions to guests to help them find their perfect keepsake.
• Promote attractions passes and rental upgrades to increase sales.
• Monitor store security and loss prevention.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to the Six Flags Mantra.
