About The Position
America’s Thrift Stores is hiring Retail Team Members for all shifts, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We’re looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy helping others. In this role, you’ll provide excellent customer service on the sales floor and at the register, assist shoppers, maintain an organized and clean store, and help create a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers
- Operate the register when needed
- Help keep our sales floor clean and attractive to our customers
- Share information about our charity partners and our mission with our customers
- Assist customers with questions and concerns
- Lift up to 15 lbs
