Requirements

A positive, friendly attitude and strong customer service skills.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn different store functions (training provided).
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25–40 lbs depending on the task.
Reliable transportation and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, helpful customer service to shoppers and donors.
Operate the register, process sales, and maintain accurate cash handling (for cashier roles).
Receive, sort, price, and prepare donated goods for the sales floor.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the store.
Restock merchandise, rotate inventory, and ensure the sales floor looks full and inviting.
Follow all safety, loss prevention, and company policies.
Support Goodwill’s mission and core values in all interactions.
