About The Position

The Retail Team Member Sales position is a part-time role located at Store #45 in Keller, Texas. The job involves managing the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handling cash and credit card transactions, and providing excellent customer service. Team members are expected to greet customers promptly, assist them in locating merchandise, and maintain the sales floor's appearance. Responsibilities also include restocking merchandise, cleaning, and performing other duties as requested. The store operates seven days a week, and open availability is preferred.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a work or educational setting demonstrating the ability to interact positively with the public or team.
• One year of customer service experience dealing with the public is preferred.
• Proficient in basic math and able to read and write.
• Ability to operate computerized equipment (POS, credit card draft terminal, pricing system).
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage POS (Point-of-Sale) system and credit card terminal accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them on the sales floor.
• Maintain hangers and sizing of textiles on the sales floor.
• Return empty racks and carts to the production area.
• Restock depleted merchandise.
• Ensure the overall appearance of the sales floor is clean and organized.
• Perform all necessary cleaning functions in all areas of the store.
• Other duties as requested.
