This role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and finding products, ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience, and completing merchandise duties such as truck unloading and maintaining store recovery standards. Team members are expected to engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The position also requires participation in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes, completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is essential, along with interacting respectfully with others and promoting the organization's vision and values. Team Members may also be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
