Your role will involve helping customers shop our store and find what they're looking for, all while providing a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. You will adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements, executing company policies and standards. Embracing and executing personal design, you will use Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with customers while delivering sales and production results. Completing framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time is essential, as is maintaining the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist with omni-channel processes, and support shrink and safety programs. Your interactions with others should be accepting and respectful, promoting commitment to the organization's vision and values, and projecting a positive image as a role model for others.
