In partnership with store leadership, the Retail Team Leader (also referred to as Key Holder) works alongside store associates, providing daily direction, communication, and training to execute daily action plans in accordance with Vera Bradley’s objectives and standards. This role is responsible for opening and closing the store, leading the team to reach sales goals, and ensuring an amazing shopping experience. The Team Leader acts as a Brand Ambassador, consistently modeling and upholding the Vera Bradley Core Values, and supports store operational duties including inventory, ordering, training, Fussy Matrix, e-mailing and calling Guests. They also serve as a liaison between store associates and store leadership to foster a collaborative work environment and maintain awareness of loss prevention.
