About The Position
The Retail Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a positive work environment, and managing team performance. This role includes supervising store openings and closings, delegating tasks, and addressing customer inquiries. The Team Leader also plays a key role in hiring, training, and developing store associates, while stepping in for the Store Leader when necessary.
