Responsibilities

• Conduct retail store operations, including opening and closing the location.
• Participate in personal and team goal-setting processes.
• Assist in the training and mentorship of new team members.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings with the General Manager and fellow team members.
• Provide a warm and welcoming environment by greeting guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Accurately schedule reservations and efficiently check guests in and out.
