As a Retail Team Lead, you are the heart and sole of our brand, recommending gear and products that customers will use to cross their next finish line. This position involves going above and beyond to take care of customers and communities, building and maintaining meaningful relationships, and providing personalized solutions. As a Team Lead, you will support the Retail Experience Manager (RXM) with both customer facing and operational responsibilities, maintain strong sales metrics, and be a leader on the sales floor, while also supporting store operational functions and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Recommend gear and products that a customer will use to cross their next finish line
  • Go above and beyond to take care of our customers and communities
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, vendors, and peers
  • Listen to customer needs, providing personalized solutions
  • Outfit customers with everything they need to get started or persevere
  • Support the Retail Experience Manager (RXM) with both customer facing and operational responsibilities
  • Maintain strong sales metrics
  • Be a leader on the sales floor
  • Support the store’s operational functions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Deliver the best customer experience by outfitting each customer that walks through the door
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team
  • Maintain sales goals set forth by management
  • Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functions
