About The Position
In partnership with store leadership, work alongside store associates providing daily direction, communication and training to execute daily action plans in accordance with Vera Bradley's objectives and standards. This position is essential for maintaining high standards and motivating the team to create a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include exceeding sales goals, building store traffic, and promoting brand awareness through various campaigns and contests. The role also involves assisting with visual merchandising, operational duties, and maintaining a collaborative work environment while being aware of loss prevention practices.
