Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in a leadership role; preferably in jewelry/designer retail sales environment
• Knowledge: Designer clothing and accessory brands, trends, product availability and value
• Process: Be role model and leader of exceptional customer service
• Connect: Positively engage team & interact with departments to implement sales promotions
• Tech: Comfortable with point-of-sale and inventory control system technology

Responsibilities

• Assist, educate customers with jewelry, designer clothing and accessory buying decisions
• Monitor: Analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement
• Train: Primary trainer for new and current sales associates
• Motivate associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Right-hand: For Manager, e.g., minor people issues, merit review insights
