The Retail Support Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to lead the Retail Support team and ensure strong execution across an assigned territory. This role has full day to day oversight of hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, and exercises independent judgment in guiding the team’s work and addressing performance issues. Also supports retail execution across an assigned territory by completing reset projects, maintaining shelf standards, and ensuring accurate product placement, pricing, and distribution.
