Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to be able to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned
- This Retail Influencer position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with frequent walking, and to use hands and wrists regularly, including repetitive motions; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to travel via car.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in retail or customer service is a big plus!
- Retail, Brand Ambassador, Customer Service previous experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers and introduce them to the Smart Cart experience.
- Deliver quick, fun tutorials that highlight the cart’s coolest features.
- Troubleshoot on the spot and keep things running smoothly.
- Gather feedback and share it with our tech team to improve the experience.
- Encourage customers to try and keep using the Smart Cart.
- Partner with store teams to ensure a seamless rollout.
- Provide top-tier service and leave every customer smiling.
