Requirements

  • Tech-Savvy Communicators – You’re comfortable with new tech and can explain it clearly.
  • People-Persons – You love talking to people and making their day better.

  • Self-Starters – You’re motivated, reliable, and thrive both solo and in a team.
  • Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to be able to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned
  • This Retail Influencer position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with frequent walking, and to use hands and wrists regularly, including repetitive motions; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to travel via car.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail or customer service is a big plus!
  • Retail, Brand Ambassador, Customer Service previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Engage shoppers and introduce them to the Smart Cart experience.
  • Deliver quick, fun tutorials that highlight the cart’s coolest features.
  • Troubleshoot on the spot and keep things running smoothly.
  • Gather feedback and share it with our tech team to improve the experience.
  • Encourage customers to try and keep using the Smart Cart.
  • Partner with store teams to ensure a seamless rollout.
  • Provide top-tier service and leave every customer smiling.
