Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct sales transactions, including operating cash registers and processing exchanges or returns.
• Quickly and accurately pull orders from the stockroom for sales colleagues.
• Assist in locating and pulling merchandise for digital customer orders.
• Maintain an orderly and visually appealing store by arranging and replenishing displays.
• Organize the stock room, process new and damaged items, and perform shoe inventory.
• Maintain accurate pricing and signage throughout the department.
