Job Description Performs the activities required to provide telephone, email and live chat support to the retail banking branches for operational issues. Analyzes, develops, advises, and communicates policies and procedures affecting the Retail Branches. Interfaces with other internal departments to ensure operational soundness and system compatibility are working properly. Provides problem resolution for technical, operational and system issues. Supports information by writing, maintaining, editing, and identifying errors or needed updates in articles and branch procedures. In absence of branch management, performs necessary approvals to service customer needs. Assists external customers with Safe Deposit Box and Branch Closure questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum one year of retail experience in a bank branch
