Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
  • Proficient in computer software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Help the Store Manager lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring store cleanliness and organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability, leveraging the excitement of a new store opening.
  • Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Plan and manage the store schedule to effectively cover peaks in demand such as holidays and sales promotions.
  • Implement and supervise brand and corporate initiatives, fostering relationships with leadership and employees.
  • Identify, mentor, and develop high potential employees to establish succession plans.
  • Supervise the store's staff and address any employment-related issues professionally.
