About The Position
The Fortessa Store, an upscale tableware retail establishment that delivers service excellence to restaurateurs, chefs, and foodies alike at One Loudoun is hiring full-time personnel to join the team. As a Retail Supervisor you play a key role in driving sales, improving customer experience, and leading a motivated team. Acting as the main contact for both consumers and restaurant clients, you ensure all interactions meet our high service standards. Along with sales and store operations, you'll manage social media to boost brand visibility and oversee team training for consistent product knowledge and customer engagement.
