About The Position

Work World is growing and is looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to join their team and help lead the next stage of growth for the company. Work World is the largest specialty retailer of workwear and work boots in the Western U.S., operating 30+ stores under the Work World, Shoeteria, and Whistle Workwear brand names across California, Nevada, and Washington. They sell boots, apparel, scrubs, and safety gear from top industry vendors. Requirements

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent verbal communication skills
Basic math skills
High attention to detail
Demonstrated sales skills and experience
Ability to maintain a professional appearance
Must be able to climb a ladder
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Willing to work nights and weekends

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of retail customer service experience
Sales and supervising experience
Bi-Lingual

Responsibilities

Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
Assist customers with request in store and over the phone
Open and close the store
Direct workflow on the sales floor
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner
Always maintain store organization and cleanliness
Complete customers transactions at the cash register including taking payments, and issuing receipts
Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
