The opportunity Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Retail Supervisor to join our team at Grand Canyon National Park in Grand Canyon, Arizona. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures. Requirements
- Previous cash handling experience required
- Previous experience working with a point-of-sale system is required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
- Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Open and close retail locations as directed by management
- Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operations
- Monitor store floor, assist with guest needs, and ensure the integrity of physical inventory and par levels
- Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail shops
