About The Position

As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures. Requirements

  • Previous cash handling experience required
  • Previous experience working with a point-of-sale system is required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds
  • Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
  • Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Open and close retail locations as directed by management
  • Assist retail management with the daily cash procedures and operations
  • Monitor store floor, assist with guest needs, and ensure the integrity of physical inventory and par levels
  • Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail shops
