About The Position

The Lee Canyon Retail Supervisor is to assist our valued guests in finding the best gear that suits their specific needs, while delivering expectation-exceeding customer service throughout the process. To be successful as a Retail Supervisor you should have an outgoing personality, willingness to learn new things, and enjoy interacting with customers. Ultimately, an exceptional Retail Supervisor should be able to provide customers with seamless, positive shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Will act as Leader on Duty when the Retail Manager is not present.
• Ability to handle escalated customers.
• Inventory, receiving new orders and inputting into POS.
• Receiving new orders and inputting into software.
• When the Retail Manager is not present, responsible for unlocking and locking the store.
