About The Position

Responsible for scheduling and supervision of retail staff. Will work closely with Director of Marketing and casino management in ongoing administration of retail shop. Will work to develop guest loyalty, provide superb customer service and respond to guest requirements. This position will supervise staff at ACC, SRC and Hotel Retail as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year customer service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have good supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work with all departments and have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

  • Enforces all standard operating procedures and cash handling procedures.
  • Hiring, scheduling and training of retail staff.
  • Coordinates, directs and evaluates all retail clerks in the areas of policies, procedures and overall job performance.
  • Oversees the purchase, inventory and stocking of all retail merchandise.
  • Monitors inventory to assure proper par levels.
  • Provides ongoing inventory reports and other reports as designated by management.
  • Supervises staff relationship with customers.
  • Recommends changes for improvement in the overall operation of retail operations.
