About The Position

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for inspiring, developing, and motivating the retail and other team members, driving sales, cash management and inventory management, and setting world class customer service standards. The Retail Supervisor complies with all company policies, procedures, and legal compliance. The Retail Supervisor inspires the team to work together, create an atmosphere of fun, while exceeding our customer’s expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and have great sales skills
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department and corporate goals

Responsibilities

• Direct the retail team and other team members ensuring the team provides world class customer service.
• Facilitate training for the retail and other team members so they can successfully promote sales and understand the Suntex Marinas expectation for world class customer service.
• Achieve and exceed budgeted store revenue while controlling expenses
• Other duties as assigned by management
