Responsible for overseeing daily operation on the retail shop, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales and performance. Key duties include supervising retail staff, maintaining safe work environment and supporting the store manager by upholding visual standards and fostering a positive team culture.

  • Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures and inventory management.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
  • Assist in labor scheduling, payroll accuracy, and shift coverage planning.
  • Monitor KPIs and contribute to store performance reporting.
  • Ability to manage stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and support replenishment.
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and promotional execution.
  • Capable of interpreting sales data and making informed operational decision.
  • Collaborative with resort management align store operation with resort goals.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience with at least year in supervisory or team lead role.
  • Ability to lead and motivate retail associates to achieve sales goals and delivery exceptional customer experiences.
  • Confident decision-making and constructive conflict and management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop diverse team in a customer-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales target and operational goals.
  • Proficient in POS Systems, inventory software, and basic reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required.
  • Ability to stand, move and work actively in a team oriented setting for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • High school and Diploma or GED Equivalent: business or technical preferred.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, with a track record of creative problem-solving and sound judgement.
