Requirements

  • Must possess high school diploma or GED
  • A degree is culinary is preferred
  • 3 years of direct supervision experience in a kitchen
  • Prior high volume food service and people management skills

Responsibilities

  • Retail Supervisor must function as part of the management team, providing the first level of supervision for the culinary and food service assistant personnel.
  • The retail supervisor will execute the following production areas: Retail food production, staff supervision, cooking to quality standards and sanitation.
  • Supervisor must also be able to follow cash handling procedures, invoicing, scheduling and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • This leader will demonstrate constructive, positive, professional behavior at all times.
  • Major emphasis is on the culinary areas and sanitation with secondary duties in other department areas.
